About our training
Your Instructor Shaun is a former Royal Marines Close Quarter Combat Instructor and Physical Training Instructor. His classes offer intelligent professional coaching for all abilities and fitness levels.
We are a certified British KravMaga® school. As a British Krav Mag® school, we offer quality coaching in authentic Israeli Krav Maga as intended by Imi Sde Or, the founder of Krav Maga.
British Krav Maga® schools have been featured in The Sunday Times, The Mail on Sunday, The Observer and Martial Arts Illustrated. Our Instructors and have delivered training to The Gurkhas, The Rifles, The Special Forces Support Group and to the Royal Marines Commando Training Centre

Membership Fee. We have a £30 annual membership fee.
We offer 2 training options.
Fundamentals Class £40 per month
A gritty, reality based self defence class focusing on building the core skills of Krav Maga for common street attacks and avoidance.
Fundamentals plus advanced class £60 a month
Building on from the fundamental skills, the advanced class increases realism and complexity of assaults to include weapons – disarms and fighting form the ground.
